    Ask me anything!

    Hey YE

I myself have been a "young entrepreneur" for six years. In that time, I feel I've amassed substantial experience and knowledge.

    I'm starting a blog to:
    a) eventually make money
    b) help organize my thoughts/experiences
    c) help new entrepreneurs

If you're just starting out (or not), feel free to ask me anything! I'll answer your question both here and on my blog.

My current biggest project is CollegeACB[.]com, a large gossip site. We see up to 600,000 pageviews a day.

    Take care,
    Peter

I actually think that is a good question. People shy away from it because they believe it is inappropriate which at times it can be but I think it is a reasonable question. It is part of any entrepreneur's research.

What keeps you motivated day to day, I find myself all about entrepreneurship for a while then I shy away from it for a while because I just can't find my niche. I know I want to work for myself I love entrepreneurship but it just gets hard to stay motivated and to pick one thing to devote my time to.

I got laidoff June of 2008 hard to find a job. I have read some of the blogs about starting or marketing cakes. The infomation was very helpful. This is not a fly by night idea I have been baking for the past 15 years. I have recently completed a culinary program. I am also ServSafe certified. I have just finished 3 courses of cake decorating with Wilton's. I have been selling cakes here and there and I am having a hard time trying to market to a bigger clientelle.

Gaulkin - You seem very confident about yourself, it's a forum about helping other people to reach their goals, and sometimes people find it hard to find individuals who will listen to their ideas and hopefully help work them out. Anyway what exactly have you done so far in life? Nearly everyone here is in the same boat, we are all trying to get to where we want and I believe any help should be greatly received.

    I agree completely.

I wasn't able to answer CakeLady's question because I didn't feel like I had the expertise, but I love the sentiment. I'm just trying to help out other people starting out.

    Take care,
    Peter
