Ok so i think we get that you need passion and hardwork for a business. How about some tangible things that actually help a business run.

Computer and internet connection are number one. Without it almost nothing can get done. Notepad to write all my thoughts and ideas down(i use the notepad feature on my iPhone alot since it's so convenient. The many contacts I have made help me get through a lot of sticky situations. My "business plan". I used the method in the Toilet Paper Entrepreneur and it is always a source of motivation and can always keep me on track. My business partners are also vital to the success of my business. Without them I would have nothing.
