Are you having difficulty trying to find a business to start?

    Hi
I'm a regular john doe with some business experience. I launched two small business over the past few years, but eventually closed them as they proved to be of little profit.

I'm having trouble finding the next business to start. Everywhere I look, most traditional ideas are already saturated with competition and offer a very low profit margin. Things like home cleaning, taxi car service, landscaping, etc are just saturated with competitors. On the other hand, non-traditional and very 'creative' businesses can be difficult to launch as you must educate the consumer on why they need to buy your product.

Does anyone feel like this? Am I the only one in this situation?

Launching a business is hard! I would recommend you to read this book called "Blue Ocean Strategy". It is an awesome book that explain how to expand market boundary to create a blue ocean where competition is irrelevant. It is much harder to do it in reality than how the book describe it. But you'll get some ideas how to break out the saturated and low profit margin market.

    Hope that helps!
