Are you good at saving money?

I had a business idea the other day but im not sure its worth looking into. Think of a bank where you can deposit your money and set a date at which time you can withdraw the money. Basically a place where people can save money that other wise wouldnt have the control to. To do this would i have to open a bank or is there another way where i can just use there money for other things and pay interest on it?

I agree with Jonathan. There are already so many ways to save money through CDs, IRAs, etc. Most people want to invest money, not just save it. Good Luck!
