When you sign up for a web hosting plan pick a hosting company that offers an e-store web application. Some offer them for free, others at an additional fee. Netfirms, GoDaddy, and Nexicom are examples of hosting companies you can try.

some companies like Volusion are focused around offering you ecommerce store templates and hosting for them, though they are nowhere near the site you referred to
no template can be, that is why they are extremely cheap compared to paying for a well designed and content filled website, it depends what you need
