Hmm... to be honest I think they are pretty good, definitely in comparison to 5-10 years ago... I'm talking Australia...
Technology definitely has helped improve the services; however I do believe a few changes are necessary, especially in regards to security.

Security isn't too bad over here. However the process of getting the paperwork from the client to the customs broker has a LOT of room for improvement.
