So im starting a llc in new mexico using a family memeber address that lives in new mexico. I am in ny. Im going through the paperwork and i have a few questions. As just the resident agent would she have to sign as one of tne organizers? Also is it ok for me to list my ny address as the companys principak place of business since ot different than the registered office (her home)?
