Anyone in computer (IT) related business?

Who is your target market and how lucrative is the business?

I'm planning to start a business doing computer networking for small businesses. I want to setup POS terminals, software, computer, CAT5 etc.

One of the problem I can see is that there always need to be new businesses for me to profit.

Businesses are always ugrading, moving, changing their setup, expanding, etc.... I would call this industry recession proof.

Start with a small market and then later on try to expand it. Since IT business is upgrading and new developments are always coming, let us think on how we can survive on this business. Just think positive.

My particular interest has been security, and specifically, virus and spyware removal. For me, it's a great part time job. However, I am moving in a new direction, away from IT completely, and want to leave my knowledge behind for others to profit from.
I run a home-based computer repair business, and look forward to helping others start a computer business.
