Anyone here writing a book?

Is there anyone here on YE writing a book? If so, let me know, I would love to network and talk with you.

I'm currently writing a book on the law of association, "how we become the combined average of the five people we associate the most with."

I have personally authored five books, and co-authored four others. By your subject I respectfully advice you to research your findings for at least 15 years before releasing the book to the public. However, this may seem a bit too harsh. So if I was still in collage, as you are. I would take both research and findings to one of the collage professors, and allow them to review your work.

After all you are about to embark on subject matter that has been researched to death, and the findings can be found in some three thousand publication worldwide.

Really what are some of the books you have written?

I agree with you that suitable research should go into the book, just how think and grow rich was taken 23 years to write and was incredible.

And to bounce the question back to you, how long did you take to research your books?

Although I feel ebook is the easy route, it does not seem like it would be better to have it actually be published. Now, i realize that is a totally different game, I just figure, if I do it, learning the process now, why not go for the gold.

Regardless. What is some of your stuff and how long have you researched your topics, and are u planning on writing more?

"Israel Explained" this book was part of my thesis for my Ph.D. the research took nearly 8 years.
"When A Mother Cries" this book was the true story of my late son, it covered the thirteen years of his life.
"40 Herbs To Heal You" this book took me 8 months, it was written for my wife, yet has sold quite well privately.
"Christmas In A Box" I helped co-write, it has taken the better part of 3 years of research.
"USA All Under God" this book was research for more then 20 years, with a staff of four. It is a privately published book.
The other books are more custom styled books for teaching religious studies.

I would warn you to check other authors with regards to e-books, my personal experience with my e-books is (over the past two years) a reduction is sales, as the free e-book sites increase.

Yes I plan to write more books, as I enjoy writing and truly encourage others to write their personal experiences, business knowledge, etc.
