Anyone have their web business incorporated overseas?

I'm looking for low/no tax, low/no regulation jurisdictions like Hong Kong, Anguilla, panama, etc.

Anyone incorporate overseas and have success with it. Where did you do it? Did you use a company to help you incorporate that worked out well? Can you share?
