Anyone have experince with injection molders that could refer me to a good company?

Im looking at making paintball hopper shells made out of polycarbonate, specipically for the Halo B and Draxxus Pulse.

The Polycarbonate is a much stronger plastic then that of the acrylic and styrene used today to make them virtually unbreakable,

I don;t really have any experience in the field of injection molding, but I am an avid paintball player, this is very interesting to me.

You need to find someone to made you a CAD design of what you want. Then you take the CAD design and get a mold made.

This process is going to cost you probably $10,000+ easy....

Or, check out emachineshop.com -- allegedly, and i have not used them myself, you can make a test sample of practically any part (including via injection molding) and then they can mass produce it or you can take it to another manufacturer.

It sounds like that would a better idea to test things first before spending 10K.

I do have a lot of contacts for injection molding, although it may not be in your area. Where are you located?
I would highly suggest using someone local.
