Anyone else ever feel like this?

I'm in the middle of starting a company and I have already formed an LLC and I have applied for an EIN and I'm finishing registering my company. But right now there really is nothing I can do till I get my EIN number. Once I get that I can open a bank account and officially start my business. But I feel as if I should be doing something but I can't. Then whenever I go to have fun or watch some tv I think I should be doing something for my company and I feel if I don't I'm not trying hard enough. Have any of you been like this?

The IRS will give you your EIN quickly and over the phone, no waiting.

You should be out getting business. Setting up marketing materials and other things like preparing contracts and forms that you will be using on a daily basis. There's always something to be done. Put a lot into hitting the pavement and marketing.

There is no need to have your business officially up and running before you start some networking, advertising and just getting the word out that you are starting your business. Don't loose your excitement by waiting on a few technical things to really get started. Seize the day!

Seems like it is a little late to mention it now, but you should get your EIN instantly over the phone or online.

Also, there is always something to do, namely marketing. You do not need an EIN to spread the word.

For some reason you can't get an EIN over the internet if you are an LLC. And also in a few weeks I have to go on a family vacation so I don't want to go market and things like that and then people will contact me and i'll be on vacation. So i'm just waiting till I get back. Also I don't want to start it and be on vacation anxious to get back home.
