I sell things mostly that I don't need anymore on eBay. Like my old clothes, videos, computers etc. It does fairly well. You could look around garage sales etc and find some things to sell that way.

I usually sell my old electronics when I upgrade to newer stuff. Definitely not a power seller or anything...

I sell old things I don't want on eBay, and also mobile phones I've imported. I make roughly £20-£60 per phone. Its not going badly, but I only have a few different models I can sell at the moment, which is a bit annoying as I'd prefer to have a larger range.
In the past I've also sold websites which I have owned.

    I sell old stuff.

I hear about how difficult it is to really turn a buck on ebay these days due to shrinking margins from overseas sources and the ever-increasing listing fees on eBay itself. This is coming from a neighbor who used to sell on the auction site full time. Obviously, hearing things like that make me weary unless I had an amazing source. Even then, I'm not so sure it'd be worth the time since you're in a constant price war with other auctioneers unless your product is in high demand.

I bought some shirts wholesale and started selling them. I still have about 10 left, must start selling them again.
