if your starting of small to medium your better off ringing local screen printers once you have your designs doing a small operation overseas is going to cost you with shipping

oo im from uk and its about 5gbp per shirt and i retail at 15gbp so its good for me but for you just order a bulk load off them to make the shipping costs less per tshirt

do a google search for overseas screenprinters places like the philipenes are good and cheap but id say for the tags your better off doing them yourself

Unless you want to place bulk orders, like few thousands for ten thousands, the overseas manufactures won't want to deal with you. Furthemore, the cost of shipping and such would just take away any savings you do save for going overseas.

If you only plan to make a few hundred, the best suggestion is to stay at a local manufacture. If you need assistance, my company is assisting a fashion designer in implementing her fashion line. For screenprinting, we are in contact with the official US screenprinter for Von Dutch.
