Well I am looking to start recruiting part time from home. I was wondering if there was some of you that are doing recruiting either for a specific company or on your own. Looking to get some guidance on how to get started and if you guys are using any backoffice companies for paying your temp workers

Wow! Thanks for posting. Sounds like you are getting ready to rock! In order to find recruiters why don't you simply go to the major job search websites and contact some of the listings? You can build your network with that. Recruiters are always looking to find new business opportunities and are more than willing to share a commission. That will be the easiest way. After that, network MORE! Good luck!
