If so, are you using Name Cheap for the company you bought your domains from? We believe there is some problem at Name Cheap causing us to lose the sites even though they are not hosting them. Could that be possible?
Thanks,
Hugh

Open a command line window (cmd or cmd32) and run tracert yoursite.com. If you know your server's IP address, run a tracert on it also. Compare the results. If the IP resolves fine, you have a DNS problem, contact your host.
The registrar is only responsible for pointing to the nameserver, which it is the host's responsibility to maintain.
.
Google isn't as dumb as you think.
THANKS! Passed on info to my web master/partner.
Hugh
