Any new internet clothing businesses want advertising?

I am starting a website soon that would have some cool clothes from other websites with prices and links to the maker. I wouldn't sell anything directly on my website but would make money every time someone clicks on a business's link (how do I know if someone clicks?). I also could possibly use google adsense for some extra cash. This site is just for people who don't get much traffic and want cheap and safe marketing.

So does anyone with a clothing business online want to get on my website? If you are interested and want to know more could you respond here or email me:

    (can't post email directly)
    Thanks

This actually sounds like a pretty good idea but i would take a slightly different approach to it. Instead of just loading the site with link i would maybe start a weekly blog and pick certain clothes that you like. So it would be outfit of the week and you would have a new review for a shirt, pants, shoes, ect. Not only does this add value to what you pick and talk about, but also puts a good name to the product you talk about. It gives people a reason to click the link and purchase the product. Before you publish a site i would start writing a few articles and send them to the products company, chances are they will either 1. think highly of the review and positive exposure and send you some free clothing. 2. Pay you/your company for any upcoming review. Who knows, in the future companies may send you new clothes just because of the positive reaction they get from your site.

Just some ideas. Anyway, good luck. If you find yourself overwhelmed with the website give us a shout, we could help you out.

The main problem that i am seeing here is the fact that you dont even have a website as yet finished and with this no visitor figures,so i am reading it as you are trying to offer a facility to promote other peoples sites but with no visitors yourself ??? you should get the website established 1st prior to starting offer this facility but of course i could be missing something here.
I do have a Womans Clothing site that i would have payed you to advertise but with no visitors yourself that is not going to happen i am afraid.

    Good luck with it though.

Okay yes, I understand. I just wanted to gather people who would consider my services before I launched it but I think I need to go ahead and launch it and look for traffic. I am going to use site build it because I heard it is the best quality site builder. The blog idea sounds great and I am going to add that to the site. How often should I write the articles and what could I include in them besides the clothing looks great? I am going to aim to finish the site in the next five days.
    Thanks

Yes, I am going to use google adsense on the side but the main purpose of the website is to display the best shirts that I have found over the internet but just be an affiliate. So when someone wants to buy a shirt, they click the picture and are redirected to that website where I get the commission.

That works but I think the ultimate setup would be companies paying you to have their stuff on your site right from the start

Yea but being a new website I would have to work my way up to that status. I have the site with godaddy right now and I am going to add the stuff in the next few days once I have my new bank account set up so I can track my gains and losses. I am going to use google adwords

No offense but i would choose a real web designer. Go daddy is great for small little things but its not the right path to conduct a business through. We could do a web design/ SEO combo deal that would work out pretty well for you. Im going to email you my info. Give me a call whenever you want.

I appreciate your interest but I think I am going to just going to stick to website tonight and see how far that takes me. But I am curious, what are the advantages to having a web designer.

Hiring an outside company has it benefits. The tools and software that we have access to is far beyond what go daddy has. We would be able to design the site exactly the way you want it. On your site you have no restrictions to the amount of data you use/take up. Plus you dont get the little go daddy ad on the bottom of the page. We would also design the site to rank higher on search engines. A professional website is one of the things that you should spend the extra dollar and go with. While it does seem like a cost effective motive to design your own site with them. Hiring a professional (like us) will pay off in the long run. Nothing turn clients away like a poorly designed website. Considering that this site would be the main part of your business, i would get the best money can buy. Shoot me a PM with what your looking to do and ill give you a quote. Trust me, its not nearly as much as you think. We could bang out an east site in a week tops.
