Any ideas for B2B marketing?

Hello,

I recently started a PR & Event Planning agency. I was hoping to get input as to how I can get clients. I've already received a number of press hits about the launch of my company and have one client so far. Any ideas on how to market my company to other businesses?

I would like to stay within the lifestyle arena (beauty, fitness, travel, fashion, etc.) I am working on a direct mail piece which should go out the second week of September. I’d like to plan corporate events for the upcoming holiday season, however I don’t know where to begin.

Any advice?
Sabrina

I wrote an article on networking, which in my opinion is the best way to market B2B.

Great article! I'm waiting for my business cards to get printed (hopefully the end of this week) before I hit up some of these events.
Thanks for the advice

tekmoney is right, direct marketing works if done correctly. Answer the questions most business owners would ask before they buy a product or service from any company in your mail piece and you should be doing fine.
What is the benefit of the product or the service to my business?
Why would I buy from your company?

I am assuming that you know the market you are targeting and putting design factors on mind.
