Angel Investing or Good Partner?

If anybody out here is needs 10-20K for their startup let me know.

I am more inclined towards a tech business since by profession I am a software engineer.

I just don't want to be a mere investor since my passion always owns a nice tech business. Since I am not having enough time to realize what I wanted, I thought may be by investing in a startup I can help someone as well achieve what I wanted.

Even if anyone doesn't require money but serious about doing some tech startups PM me since I am also thinking on the same line.
