An ocean of adivce and books, I'm looking for something. Advice?

Ok, I have several business and starter books, and I enjoy them because they teach me about small business. But something I would like to read is a book that revolves more around where I'm at, wanting to get started but want to make sure my mind is in the right place, not so much numbers and sales strategies. Does this make sense?

Do you have any recommendations? I would like to see feed back. If I need to I will explain more.

One of my favorites, I find it motivating and interesting, and definitely a good break from 'numbers' books..

Gary Vaynerchuk's recent book Crush It speaks to this sort of need. It offers solid advice on doing what you love - and stays away from really pushing numbers and academic business strategies.

I would second this recommendation and you should get Crush It! immediately if you are still unsure about where to start. Also, if you are new, you have to watch the free show by Jason Calacanis called This Week in Startups. Great show featuring advice from successful entrepreneurs for aspiring, new and established entrepreneurs.

'The Magic of Thinking Big'. I think the Author was Schwartz. Great book on mindset.
