Alot of you CLAIM to want to make $$$ but...

i dont think you guys are really serious. i think we have alot of dreamers on this board. yea its fun to dream about making money but youll wake up one day and realize its been years and your still in the state your in. most of you are just flat out lazy. Thats what seperates the people with money from the people who DREAM about money.

now i have offered 25-50$ per article. just to write articles. sad to say only 1 person took advantage on this website and submitted articles. Well the deadline is oct 31st. But i must say if this is what young entrepenuers are shaping up to be, its sad.

Ya really, it's so sad nobody wants your offer for EMPLOYMENT on an ENTREPRENEUR forum.

Well, I haven't seen your offer for article authoring, but $25-50 is a pretty good rate for mainstream content.

    Just my $0.02.

    Good luck,

I think what he means is working for someone else, and not being your own boss as entrepreneurs are.

Do you know the definition of entrepreneur?

Sorry guy, but writing articles doesn't have a lot to do about business unless you were actually writing an article about business, ya dig?

Now you can stop posting acting like you are Trump or something, it just makes you look silly.

And don't make me laugh. You think freelance is different from employment? Please explain the difference. No, really.

We don't trade time for money around here. Well, I don't know about you, but at least I try not to

Offering of $25 to $50 bucks for an article which seems like a sweet deal until you figure this guy makes residual income from buying other people's words. Check out Steve Pavlina's Post about this....

I don't really see how there is remotely any connection between dreaming about making money, being lazy and a bum, and not taking up your offer of $20-$25/article.

If anything, it just sounds like you're fishing for workers. People will take your offer if they want to, and trying to insult the people who don't take up the offer by calling them lazy just seems idiotic and down right selfish.

For most of us, time is money and our time could be better invested into other things than writing articles for someone else. Ofcourse, there are people who need start up capital and I am sure thoes are the ones willing to do it as their time would be well spent. For the rest of us who has already started, it wouldn't make sense to spend time on someone else's business.

Why are you being hardheaded? The point a few people are trying to make is that this is an entrepreneur board - a handful of the people here are not interested in opportunities to make $25 and $50 a pop for "freelance" EMPLOYMENT (its still employment - look it up) when they are creating business plans, meeting with investors, protyping products and beta testing software/website applications.

This is an entrepreneur board. The audience is split - there's the folks like you who have something to offer those looking for meager opportunities, folks who are selling ebooks, folks asking questions about how to go about certain entrepreneurial activities and folks with advice - and everyone in between.

If the state of entrepreneurial activity is judged by how many people respond to a "Freelance" employment opportunity offering $25-$50 per completed work, I'd say we're ALL in trouble.

And frankly, a better form for what you're looking for would probably be www.elance.com - where freelancers go to find work. Not a board frequented by those who are trying to create opportunities.

The kinda money we need ($25K - $40K) I'd have to write about 1000 articles for this dude, assuming he pays.

I'm better off working on a pitch, a splash page, and networking. Far better use of my time.

...I wouldn't call that lazy. I'd call it prudence.
