    Advice on Business partner

I'm starting a new business and am taking on a business partner, this is my first partner and for this particular business he will be the face of my business. While he does intend to do some actual work mostly in marketing I feel that the business would be better served with me as the majority holder. Do any of you have an advice or any suggestion of what I should but into the contract before we get started.

apart fron the usual things, shares and money issues, biz aspect duties etc..
how about looking in e fine details @:
maybe the roles & responsibilities of each partner?
& the main decision maker when things/conflicts/discussions got rough?
