I have decided to create a company that provides free websites and web hosting.

For example www.freewebs.com i want my site to be like this.

I have ideas how to generate money from this by making banners go on all free sites, andding extra packages available such as more than X number of limited pages etc.

Please can you give me advice on how i could do this and if i would it would work or not?

It's a very saturated industry.

People that want free hosting a generally those that don't know much about web hosting, so you'll need to spend a lot of time in support.

You'll also need to offer more space, for less effort, with less obtrusive banners that any other hosts + good support to beat the competition.

Well the hosting industry in general is saturated.

Though there is still room for a free host to offer something like a couple of gig space, though that's pretty impossible to do without sacrificing quality and speed
