    Advertising Help!

I own a website that displays off-campus housing to college students, landlords create an account then list their property to students in their selected area.

We have been relying mainly on email marketing and calling but they have both proven either to be not effective or far to time consuming. Our website has achieved quite a big of success so far and we are ready to take things to the next level.

Any advice on what would be the best way to inform companies of of services?

    Thanks!

    Find your customers

I have a real estate business here in Buenos Aires. And the first year or so I established it, it wasn´t going really good. I attempted Newspaper ads, Radio Advertising, Mail, and email marketing to little success. Like the 8th month into the business I contracted a market researcher and accepted a loan, I had invested every penny I had, and more. The MR made a great job at figuring out a new sales strategy and since then we are quite nice. But as he said, there is no one size fits all in marketing, you need to make a stance on Who you customers are and Where can you find them.
