    Exclamation Administrative Startup Costs

I was just curious how many here have used a virtual assistant in their startup phase since some times it is hard to work up cash to hire someone full time and sometimes the work can start flowing in pretty fast. I know after I started my first virtual assistant company I could have used my own assistant lol If you have a lot of administrative work or call answering and email answering what are some things you are doing to save your self some time? Thanks!

This looks like self promotion. I will check it out though. And to answer your question NO.

I did use one in the early start of my offshore webdeveloping company.
But as business went well, half year later, I hired a full time person.
But to be honest, that was in Indonesia where the salary's are not that high compared to western standards.
