Adding Employees

I am looking to add 2 part-time employees, as well as some contract labor. I was basically wondering what forms protocols I need to learn so that I do this the right way. I have been a minimalist up to this point, but feel doing everything myself is indirectly costing me. I also plan to hire an accountant, preferably a monthly service that focuses on small businesses, so maybe they can help me with this also.
