about to start working fulltime

Now that summer has come (my last final exam is today) I'm going to be spending my summer days dedicating myself to my ventures.

Any tips/techniques for keeping myself disciplined and motivated to work 40hrs/week?

I've already realized that I must:
1. not work in my bedroom (too many distractions)
2. set clear daily goals & weekly goals so I"m not just working for the sake of working
3. not take personal calls during business

any other suggestions?

I would also add practice the 20:80 rule. That is learning to be more passive and grab higher income when it comes to work... this way you won't feel burned out. 20% effort = 80% of your business profits.
