    A Very Important Meeting

So this monday I have a very important meeting with the VP of company that happens to be the largest lace manufacture in the US. I'm getting all my topics together and questions to ask him as well as trying to think of questions he might ask me.
Hopefully though this meeting we'll generate the start of a partnership and incorporate our machine design into his manufacturing plant. I believe I need some help on how I should start my conversation script. I've already had one phone conference with the man. Mainly in this opening 5 to 10 minutes with the man. What are somethings I should cover?
    Thank you for any help.

I find that it's good to listen for the first 5-10 minutes. Find out what he wants and try to respond to each point that he lays down. I wish you luck.

You obviously already had the business meeting, but for the future (and for others who read this)...

Focus on what could help HIS business. What are the features of your idea/product that can benefit and/or improve his business/products?

Focus on that and you got the deal, 90%.

    Thank you guys.
The meeting went very well. Very relaxed and layed back we all connected very well. We layed down the basics and have a set a nice little foundation to build off of. Didn't play out how I thought it would in my mind, but I adapted well and everything went smoothly. Even impressed him with some product abuse tests at the end and offered him a free idea for a insole I came up with 10yrs ago that he really liked and I believed it strengthen my part as well showing I am a genuine person. Looking forward to the rest of the year and how this will play out.

There going to have me reinforce a few of their products for them and see how they're customers like them. If everything goes well were hopefully going to have a joint venture develop to get things finally rolling here
