yove been played a fool unless he has signed somthing saying he will give you the money thers nothing you can do. if this was an investemnt you should have done the share holders aggreement before sending any money. If you do have the share holders agreement then you should speak to your lawyer about it he knows more than me.

the money i sent was for 10 ipod nano 4gb and my supplier says he was scammed by his supplier in Hong Kong so the money he is refunding is out if his own pocket. I have his telephone number and when i speak to him he tells me he is trying to get the money back. The worrying thing was that the other day he told me he was just 16.

Did you ask for a sample to be sent to someone like you did to someone else? That might be why you only got 900 back!

For a stock order like this he should have aggreed to some kind of contract whenre you will be 100% compensated. If you have the order form you could use this to get your money back.

if he's only 16 threaten legal actions against him and his guardians... (some places the guardian is liable for the actions of minors)... send him a written letter demanding the money back and under what terms. make it look professional and authorative... in my experience with people who refuse to give money back on services/products not rendered, the threat of legal actions produces results in my favor....

Thats near the top of my "things that fuck me off" list

It's the kids fault, make his life hell. Leave the parents out of it. Also, stop dealing with a kid who is dealing with a scammer in HK. Cut out the middlemen so you get more profit.

I am not sure what age has got to do with it; he is 16 so are you. You will learn from your mistakes. If a price is too good to be true it usually is a scam and there seem to be allot of them on this site lately. Find yourself a reputable supplier.

i would send a letter to both him and his parents, as in the UK his parents are reposible for him so you will get your money back, this doesnt mean the kid wont pay in the end as his parents who proably let them use their credit card to work online will stop him from doing it, and make hime pay them back.
