A New Business Idea

I've been contemplating an idea for a while and I'm not sure if you will like it, so here it is.

It's called,
"Retail Trainers"
It's a business to business store.
Basically what the business does is train retail employees, and in turn the store pays them.
That's basically it.
Anyways, back to the horse racing tracks.
Because Horse Racing = Profit

Hey Rob.

What type of material would this training site cover?
When you say "the store pays them", to whom are you referring to?
What unique benefits do you think this training website would offer trainees that would put the sites services in high demand?

Just curious...

Sounds like a great idea, but you'd need your own employees first.

Oh Retail Trainers isn't an e-business.
Anyways I had another idea.
It's an employment booth.
Basically a company sets it up outside, or wherever.
And the machine basically interviews the employee.
It asks them the regular questions, i.e. where'd you work last, name etc
Then it asks them to take a personality test.
And based on this or whatever they filled out, their personality is best suited to the job.
Yadda yadda.
No more interviews!
The employment booths will have card scanner for IDs and it will take a photo as well of the employee.
Also it will have a signature dealy.
Anyways stupid idea.

Yeah stupid idea, but keep thinking.

I've pondered many HR related ideas myself.

I dooo have to question someone who see's horse racing as profit... tell me its a company you founded or something, and that you're not convinced that betting on Go Lucky's Charm to place in the 8th is sound business investing.
