A lot of political and financial contacts but no product?

I am in a weird position. I have a lot of political, social and financial contacts that i can leverage easily.

Which direction would you think in?

I am finishing college now, but my field isnt very transferrable. I can probably get a lot of contracts for a potential imported product that would be needed, but i cant think of anything.

I realise that the "right" pathway is to work and build and fail, but im in a weird position where i have all the opportunity but currently lack the concrete idea.

I would say the very first step would to be to look at your hobbies and what you enjoy doing. The next step is to see what is currently out there in terms of business and profits related to these few things you think up.

Theres always someone looking for money or willing to give away equity for your contributions. If you want to do business then you just need to start somewhere and not over analyse just make moves and see where you end up then make adjustments.

If you have the connections the easiest way to get started is to look at what business the people you know are in and what they are already buying and start reaching out to get those contracts. That is how I started being a broker, good luck!
