A little help

I have recently come up with an online business idea and would like a little help with some things that I am having trouble with. My idea is to sell video games online but to be environmentally friendly. I.E. Off set carbon from shipping, have recycled packaging,etc. A few things that I have been having trouble with are what licenses I will need and if I have to buy the video games in bulk from a wholesaler or when someone purchases one could I just order it from the wholesaler then? I would prefer the second one. Thanks in advance for your help.
