I read an article in a magazine not too long ago about simple things to do to relieve stress and make you feel better about yourself and the things around you.

In this thread i want people to post some of the things they do in five minutes or less.... ill start by posting some of the ones i remember.


1. Wash your car
2. Make a phone call and give someone a well deserved "thank you"
3.Take a 5 minute music break and play a song that pumps you up and makes you feel good.



I think the main point here is to... DO SOMETHING!! ANYTHING!!! more often than not people feel bad about things becuz they have become passive and lazy....

I always do number 2 and 3.

I do number 2 a lot. The fact that I am one of the only people that call people for no reason and just complement them makes me well liked amongst my friends.

As for number 3, I listen to music but a lot more than just 5 minutes. I listen to music constantly, I believe music is what keeps me focused on my drive to continue making money and doing business.
