19 year old college freshman launches website to incorporate ads and frequency together!

In an era where internet advertising models have boomed and more and more tech ingenuity is flourishing, The Business Poster, a recent startup by a college freshman, is bringing a whole new approach to internet advertising.
The website which mainly consists of a homepage with 6 slide shows grouped into 6 categories is a simply huge billboard of ads. The ads featuring in each slide show shuffles at different frequencies with some ads appearing more often than others.
The advertiser selects one of the categories to place his ad in, as well as the length of time his ad should last and then selects a frequency at which the ad should appear per day. The frequencies range from once a day to once every ten minutes. So you know that when you select once every ten minutes your ad will catch the eye of more people than an ad appearing once a day. Also for each ad uploaded, the ad appears in the slide show for a minute before coming back at its next interval. So if you selected your ad to appear every ten minutes, then after upload ten minutes later your ad will appear in the slide show and shuffle in it for a minute before disappearing and coming back in ten minutes and doing the same till the ad expires.
With a website full of ads, why then will people want to visit it? Beats me but we know how crazy the world is. Visiting the website, you can get to see some latest albums, games, car offers, programs, new web apps and much more. Also with the more ads there is the cooler with will be to look at. So for the curious population out there, it is definitely an interesting website. Also the website is pretty unique in its offering. Pretty much similar to the million dollar concept which people thought could never have led to such a success, the Business Poster has similar traits.
Last but not least, the prices are also very affordable with prices ranging from $1 t0 $25 per month, it could be a nice investment.

I checked out Chance Puzzle and I didn't really understand the website. The Business Poster is not really the same. Its more of a tool. A marketing one!

Just wanting to make sure I understand... The only content that will be on the site is ads? People will come to the website to see all of the ads / see what is on sale right now?
