long time troller here! first post though
I have a rather interesting situation for a 19 year old, but I guess I'll start from the beginning.
When I was 10 my dad quit his (extremely successful) job as a VP for a Japanese company - he wanted to open his own small business. My brother and I (ages 10&12) always tossed out the idea of a family entertainment business with go-karts, laser tag, etc. Long story short we did just that. By the time i was 12 our 12-acre fun park was open! It is a family business so of course the whole family had to work there. I wanted to work in the pizzeria and learn to be a short order cook. And now, almost 8 years later I am the Kitchen manager and a pizza expert. I fly out to Vegas 2 times a year for the worlds largest pizza expo, trade shows and "pizza school". Yes, there is a pizza school! multiple actually! Anyways, I know the ins and outs of pizza and what it takes for a pizza kitchen to operate at 100%.

So now, I want to open my own pizzeria. Pickup/delivery only. (It's cheaper and easier to run than a sit-down pizzeria. and a great way to start). I believe my tool box is indeed full to make a successful clientele and kitchen, but I don't know where to begin on the business side. My parents are taking no part in this (they believe in me and that I can do this, they just have their hands full), and if I want to continue I need to do so with the bank or private parties. I think because of my age most private parties would have little to no interest in giving a 19 year old capital for start up.. The bank giving me a loan? yea right! right? I have no belongings for collateral, no credit, no one to co-sign or guarantee a loan for me. Just this dream and the "pizza skills".
what do i do? who can help me?

This is in my head 24/7. I think about it day and night! Honestly, I had a dream about it last night!! I go into work everyday for someones else's pizzeria while wanting my own so badly. its a hard knock life

And advise or help would be great.

ps I am going to school. Business school. But may switch into a culinary program.
