    1800 numbers and internet fax

    hi everyone,

I'm looking for something that can provide an 1800 number and online fax. I know there are a lot of these services now. Does anyone know which is the best/cheapest one. Or have one that they like?

    www.onebox.com

19.99 per month for 400 minutes and 10 cents a minute after that.

Faxes are 1 minute per page.

The online fax is cool - I actually didn't know about this =). With the 800 number, make sure you sign up with a legit telecom provider; verizon, sprint, alltel, etc. If you change providers in the future, you want to be sure you can port your number. I had a problem porting my 800 number from frontier to verizon because I was using vonage for a while (who isn't really a telecom company, they are a VOIP company, and there is a difference).

Which brings up another point: DON'T use Vonage - I don't know if anyone else has messed with it but I had a terrible experience.
