Now that I have your attention I just wanted to say that there is way too much of this sort of crap spam starting to happen on this forum. I have been a long time reader of the forum and recently started posting so it is up to you if I have the right to say this but admins of this site you really need to start getting this under control. From what I can tell there are alot of really intelligent and eager people on this forum and it is most definetely a great resource for like-minded entreprenuers. Unfortunately as in everything there are slimy rats who are either to lazy or stupid to actually work hard for their money. I do not want this site and forum to get devalued by allowing these types of posts to flood the forums. Please let me know if you agree with me or not. Admins I will gladly help delete spam messages if you would like. Thank you to everyone who actively and positively participates in this forum. If you see spam please report it!

Us moderators can not get all the spam we need your help too! That spam will definatley removed amongst the numerous other spam that we catch daily and you don't even see!

So the moral of the story is if you see spam report it and we can remove it!

No look on the blue box area and there are 3 small icons, its the middle of the 3 its like a road work sign

Yes, the title of this thread definitely caught my attention. I do agree that the spam is getting a bit outrageous again - but if we all report it, I do believe that'll play a tremendous role in bringing it back under control.

Someone previously said this but isnt there a way to limit a new user on there first day to only make 1 post. Most of the spammers only come on once and post 10 threads. Even make a time limit that you have to wait an hour before you can post when u sign up.

Those do sound like good solutions. The only problem I could see is that some forum software packages don't allow limits like that- but being as vBulletin is paid, I imagine it has something like that.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a place for so called "spam" in the Business Opportunity section? Unlike this area, General Business, that should focus on business issues of interest.
If a "spam" section doesn't exist, create one, force all spammers to post in that sub-folder, then don't visit nor read the postings. They will either entertain themselves or go away.

Spam doesn't belong anywhere in this forum period. Why?

This is a YOUNG entrepreneur forum.
Some/Most people here are real newbies if you read all the posts.
People here are asking (What is a domain)(What is hosting)
(How do I start) and this is OK, this is a good place to start.

That being said they are more likely to fall for scams and get rich
quick schemes (All SPAM crap).

This is why there should never be a spot for SPAM here.
If they ever create a SPAM folder here I am leaving. Period.

How about All SPAMMERS leave this forum, there are thousands
of forums for you to post on. Leave this one alone!!!
