    What keeps you motivated?

When working on a project, business venture, or even homework what keeps you going? What makes you want to get an A or succeed?

What keeps me motivated? That would have to be waking up every morning and knowing that I'm getting one step closer to my goals.

What's the intent of your question? Are you finding yourself unmotivated? I listened to many podcasts about motivation and the key is to focus on your "Why". This is what you've clearly decided as the fundamental reason for why you are engaged in something. If you have really spent the time to reflect and clarify why you are doing something and how it will benefit you, you can then call upon that image (or vision) to motivate you now. Define what you really want. Write it out on paper and keep it in your wallet or bathroom mirror.

Also try creating a vision board. Cut and paste images from magazines or online onto a poster board. Choose images that appeal to you and best represent your dreams and goals. I've found this to be extremely motivating

I think there must be something you want to own and you want to, that is the motivation, such as, you want to make your family better, buy something for your parents, or travel around the world, buy a piano for yourself, that is the motivation, I JUST make it simple.

Mostly it is the will to excel and the second thing is to create a good impression on others to succeed at work. Moreover there are other things too as when you are good at something then why not put your best efforts in doing it on time.

This may be a bit weird, but I stay motivated just because what I'm doing is a lot of fun, allows me to keep meeting new and interesting people, and it's exciting. Sure, it's not all fun and games, but it's just cool.

On another note though, when it comes to school, I do have a hard time motivating myself sometimes..on the bright side, I only have a couple more classes to go.

I think it's important to also enjoy the process of building your business. I love programming so programming an website or app doesn't feel like work for me and I usually don't need to find too much motivation.

Of course, we all go through times when we are not feeling particularly motivated and that may mean its time to take a break if you have been working too hard. Go out with some friends for a drink or go for a picnic in the park.

Because I feel that there is no long term potential at my current job and that if I stay in my current position I will rot and fester and ultimately live a very unfulfilling life.

It is the drive to get away from this that propels me to start my own business. And also the fact that I believe fully that I have always been an entreprenuer.

Whenever I feel like I want to quit, I remember why I have held onto everything for this long. The reason I continue to work for what I want is because I believe I can do it.

My motivation is the good things I see or i want to see everyday. I don't want to stressed my self by being too focused on my work/job/task. I want to stop for awhile and looked around or think of something nice. Like my family, or a vacation trip, something money can and cannot buy. That's what keeps me going coz i want see and experience those things, maybe not everyday but at least once in awhile.

Well, there are many ways to keep yourself motivated. I would like to share that some of the best way to keep yourself motivated is to read inspirational quotes and to watch motivational videos.

Love and passion to what you do. Those are best motivators. Not a single great thing was done without passion. It seems there is even a quote about that.
