the reason i saythis is because you can be as specific as you want when it comes to this. For example you can choose the age, location, relationship status as well as many others; all this will help you reach your target market group. Its fan page not fun page. Fan page is effective for brands but if you are a new business or startup you can go for facebook advertisement.
