    Young Budding Entrepeneur

Hi, I joined this today. I'm 22. I've been running nightclub nights for a year to make extra cash. I now am just about to sign a lease for a 3000sq.ft premises in the North of England to run dance studios. I have bought my first house last year so am on the property ladder and also have quite a few contacts in brand new builds and buying at 30% below the RICS valuation.
I would love to have some help with where to go next so I can make decent moneey. The studios arentgoing to bring in a good profit so I am looking at putting something else in the premises to bring me in a good income but not sure what.
I want to have made my first million by 30.
If anyone has any advice, I would love to hear from you.

    Thanks.

Why would you lease a commercial space without knowing what to do with it?

If 3000 is way too big... then why not downsize?

If you want to be a millionaire before your thirty -- start thinking like one.

Not trying to be rude, just not sugar coating it. Do some research before just starting yoru business. Looks like you have cash allready, why not check out and find some local entreprenuers and invest in thier hard work, skills, and business savvy?
