    Smile Web site traffic problem

I have a new web site called kcbidz.com. We are having problems generating traffic even thought we are using SEO on certain keywords. Please tell what I am doing wrong?

It's hard to give you an answer when you only gave us 3 sentences and absolutely no information about your website. It looks like you answered your own question though. You said the site is "new". You're starting from the bottom and just beginning to build a solid foundation for steady traffic to your site down the road. SEO takes some time to see results from and new sites tend to be at a disadvantage in the search engines because the established sites with lots of back links and high PRs can be hard to beat at times. The key is staying persistent. Keep pushing with the SEO, link building and whatever else you may be using in your marketing mix.

Welcome mkilpatr. Your site is new and relatively unknown, so its going to be some work to get the word out. If you're already doing SEO, you could always try some viral marketing or figure out new ways to get the word out.

WoW, cool wesbite. Add your website every where you can think of. Discussion boards, write blogs, word of mouth, email all the people in your address book, tell people what you do, go to craigslist and advertise there. Just some things you can do, put your website and slogan in your signature in all your emails. You can also add it to my project site,

    Again, welcome to YE.
