Wanted to meet the "youngetreprenuers" around here.

    Hello,

My name is Peter, I work as a consultant with Olympus Venture Capital group for branding and development of assets purchased through the firm.

On top of my consulting contract I run a PR and Branding agency out of Burbank CA with a strong focus on Indy artists through film and music.

I am a single father full time on top of all of that. (Hooray for a helpful sister).

I am here to meet new people, expand my network and see what other young business oriented people are up to.

Although I do work for a VC group PLEASE do not approach me for a lead for funding. If you want advice on what VCs look for, sure ill give a tip or two, or if you just wanna say hi or brainstorm, im a big fan.

I wont be on TOOOO often, but sadly I think a forum may be as much of a social life as I can get right now (it was actually recommended by a shrink... yea, head problems come from working for VC... its a fact).

Welcome to the forum! We look forward to having you here. Haha, and I know what you mean about the internet sometimes being the only social life a person really has.

Well, imagine a group of people all from different lines of work, all business developers, owners and retired tycoons, then imagine putting them all in one room and then pretend they don't understand the term "web 2.0"... then imagine there are 14 of them...

They are my social life... and its a bit rough at times. Great for tutelage in the business world of course, just not to keen on aspects of applied psychologies and manipulations through web 2.0 media... a bit frustrating at times.

But just the same, thanks for the welcome guys, I look forward to making some friends here

    VC shrink tip

Well, it goes woithout saying that being a single father and in essentially a commision position it is good to get that stuff out.
Anyhow, I am a single father 3 girls and in sales as well.
I am looking for partners who accept Visa/MC/Dis/AMEX, Telecheck.

I offer a partnership for setting up these accounts and pay 105 of the gross processing revenue on 1099 each month for passive residual income.

If you know anyone that would benefit from saving on their account and making some of the difference you would benefit, too!

    Thanks
