Ultima Online Game Master here.
I'm sure you get lots of us. I'm 26. I just started a website that I'm trying to make money off of adsense with. I've had plenty of businesses in the past. I just build them up and sell them. I want to create the ever sought after residual income

points 1-4 are technically termed as "risk efficient asset allocation" and will technically yield you higher returns than "investing in a website"
