Jason Horsley here! I am new to the site and just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

I am the founder and CEO of eFitness for Life and The AdvoCare Lifestyle, where we provide online fitness and nutrition coaching world-wide, to anyone, anywhere, all via the Internet!

We currently have coaches in over 30 states here in the U.S. and four countries around the world.
