Hi there,
I've been ebaying for a few months now and wish I had started sooner. It all began when my cousin moved into a new house. The elderly lady who had lived there before asked her to please throw away the "garbage" in the attic. What she found was a box of teeny bopper magazines from the 70's.
I've been laid off twice in the past three years. I haven't gotten rich off of the magazines, but they've provided extra grocery money for me and my son. I now see the potential that is there. I've got the flexibility and web design skills. I'm just working on the startup capital.
Currently, I'm working on a unique website idea. I haven't seen anything exactly like it and the ones that are similar are so poorly done, mine will surely stand out. It will target families in my geographical area and provide information on a specific topic. I plan to accept advertising for local businesses and sell products that relate to my topic.
I just read about Worldwide Brands yesterday and found this site while researching it. $300 is a large percentage of my income right now so I want to research everything before committing to it.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
Amanda
