Hey whats up guys. I have recently acquired capital and a loan to start my energy drink business. I am just trying to get some more national feedback on my idea. Basically I will be opening a huge Energy store. I will be selling exclusively energy drinks and products for cheaper. I will be selling in bulk and that is how I am able to sell my products for cheaper (do not have definite prices set yet). But imagine a large energy store in this age of the booming energy drink/product world. The main target market will be college age kids, and the first will be opening near possibly Florida State Univ. Anyways let me know what you guys think !!

How will you be marketing? This will be the most important aspect and will make or break your company. Let me know you can Private message me or talk to me on here. I think though that you need to set up a good marketing plan to correctly implement your product into the market. This is definitely where your success will come from.

yes warren u are absolutley correct. Marketing will definitley be key to this business. A simple version of my marketing plan is to promote on campus through flyers and word of mouth. We will also be doing local radio advertising on the stations listened to mostly by the local college students. With as many college kids that drink energy drinks. If they can find it for cheaper and in bulk the word of mouth should spread!!

another good marketing trick for this type of thing is set up a little stall in your town and let people try your energy for free and if they like it they will come back for more.

You can also find other companies around and mix advertise with them. Basically have them advertising it for you through a service they offer. Maybe a bar or somewhere etc.

What brand of energy products are you selling? I think you have a great idea. You should supply parties with free energy drinks as well to get your name out.

I am going to be selling everything from well known drinks like Monster and Redbull...to less well known products...overall there will be more than a hundred different types of energy drinks and products available....and yea i think your idea of maybe hosting a free energy drink giveaway/info session is a great idea

I agree with what BMX said. Set something up on Florida State's campus and promote that way. I've seen this done on my campus at the University of Maryland and definitely gets your name out.
