Hi friends,
My father has an online business and just added a section called Press Releases. As our company creates Press Releases they will be added in this section of our website.
My question: How do he submit them? he doesn't know if there's one specific place to submit them, if they are submitted to the API, or if there are multiple ways. he did a Google Search and found tons of places saying to submit you Press Release but he doesn't know if there's one place to do it or multiple places. How do he go about doing this?
Please help.

i'm interested in maxing out traffic to my watch store. i already use traditional seo techniques, what else does your company offer?
