My name is Sean Brooks. 26 yrs old. Full time real estate investor and owner of a small investment company. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and am also Vice President of the Myrtle Beach Real Estate Investors Association.

Hey Sean! Good to meet you. I agree it can be difficult to find people to network with that share similar goals and visions. My brother in law and I do residential real estate investing and I also help other invest in commercial real estate investments.

How's the market in Myrtle Beach? Is there much opportunity for short term rental properties to accommodate golf travelers? My dad just returned from down there after a week of swinging the clubs.

I am new to this forum also. From what i have read in your post we are into the same type of investing. I have been working to learn more in all of the things you have mentioned. I have been trying to find some people who also have the same interest but its not as easy as it sounds as you know.
