One More Try!!

By reading some of the comments I might just go ahead and let you all know what my intention is.
Saying just that:

Recently owners of a very large amount of land, here down in La Baja (Los Cabos) are offering the land for sale in a very affordable prices, and I mi deal with all of them is to promote this.

Ocean front land lots, ocean views, and just farm land, as low as $20 usd per square meter and up to $70 usd

They are selling their land to the buyers directly.

I would like to know a better aproach to all the readers here so I can have this done and help my self helping selling this project.

Again to clarify, Los Cabos is NOT Cabo San Lucas. They are entirely different towns, entirely different TYPES of towns, and thus investment opportunities are not the same in each town.

One thing you can do to attract investors is to show pictures, Isabella. People love pictures, and the more tangible an investment option, the much more likely an investor is to invest in it.

The best place to start is by giving A LOT more info! Where exactly are these parcels? Can US Residents own them, or people from other countries? How are deeds held there? What are the taxes? Is there zoning requirements? What is the minimum/maximum lot size? People on this site want info. The more you give- the better the response.
