This was fantastic information, thank you so much for posting this! Anyone have thoughts on the significance of having an avatar? Do you think they really make a difference?

I can't seem to find the feedback and suggestion post but is it possible to add a "Mark All As Read" feature, I think someone else suggested this previously. It's really annoying to go to the "new posts" link only to find no new updates and the forum sometimes thinking you haven't read some of the posts and reposting them as new.
